To rent one of our motorhomes, you must be at least 25 years old and have had your B licence for at least 5 years. No special driving licence is required in addition to the B licence. When renting our caravan, it is important to know that it has a total weight of 1200 kg. Therefore, check what your car can tow with a B licence, so that you can safely and legally drive the vehicle.
You can park your car in our special parking area which is behind our security gates. While you enjoy your motorhome's journey, your car takes the place where the rental car previously stood.
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. Feel free to bring a blanket for your pet and do some extra cleaning before returning the motorhome/caravan, even if cleaning is booked.
You can protect yourself against cancellation costs by purchasing a cancellation cover. It costs 1500,- per motorhome and means that you can cancel up to the day before the agreed rental period in the following cases. Read more here.

Yes, we charge a deposit which is refunded after the motorhome has been returned in good condition and the tanks have been emptied.

Yes, but it must be done according to the campsite's rules and safety regulations.
If you are delayed, please contact us immediately and we will try to find a solution. Please note that delays may incur additional charges according to our rental conditions.
The toilet is easy to use and emptying takes place at special stations found at most campsites. Instructions are in the camper's manual. If the toilet is not emptied, a fee is added read more about this here.
When you hire one of our motorhomes, a mileage limit of 20 miles per day is included. If you want to drive further than that, there is a charge of SEK 30 per extra mile. You can also choose to buy free miles for SEK 2,500 per booking. Our motorhomes may be driven within Europe, provided that this is notified at the time of booking or collection.

If something unexpected happens, such as a technical problem, accident or other unforeseen event:
- Safety first - Make sure everyone in the vehicle is safe and follow the traffic rules if you have to stop on the road.
- Contact us - Call us immediately for guidance. We help you with the next step and can contact the necessary parties, e.g. workshops or insurance companies.
- In case of injuries or accidents - Document the injury or accident by taking photos and recording important details such as time, location and parties involved.
- Contact the insurance company - If necessary, you can also report the damage to Protector Insurance via our site Report Damage.
We offer roadside assistance and support throughout your journey to minimize any inconvenience. Telephone numbers for support and insurance can be found in the motorhome's documentation and in the booking confirmation.
We offer a convenient additional service for interior cleaning when you return your rented motorhome/caravan. For just £2,500, we'll make sure your entire motorhome/caravan is sparkling clean and ready for your next adventure. Read more here.

The motorhome must be returned with a full tank of fuel and cleaned according to our terms and conditions. We also offer additional cleaning services if you prefer. Read more here.
Report the damage immediately via Report Damagepage on our website. There you can choose to report the damage online to Protector Insurance or contact them directly by phone.
