When your motorhome holiday comes to an end, you can choose the option that suits you best: buy our interior cleaning service<\/strong> or cleaning yourself for the return<\/strong>.<\/p>

If you choose to let us do the cleaning, you won't have to worry about getting out the vacuum cleaner and cleaning products after a long and eventful journey. For SEK 2,500, we will ensure that the interior of the motorhome is thoroughly cleaned - surfaces, floors, tables, cabinets and seating areas are freshened up and made ready for the next tenant.<\/p>

If you prefer to do the cleaning yourself, that's fine too. In this case, the motorhome must be returned in the same clean condition as when you picked it up. This means that you are responsible for vacuuming, wiping down, emptying rubbish and cleaning all surfaces - including the kitchen, bathroom and storage areas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The additional service of internal cleaning:<\/strong><\/h2>

1. General<\/strong><\/p>

The additional service \"Interior cleaning\"<\/strong> offered by Bilparken Rental AB<\/strong> as a convenient solution for you as a renter. The aim is to simplify the return process, save time and ensure that the motorhome is in excellent condition for the next renter. By ordering this service, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard rental terms and conditions and apply specifically to this additional service.<\/p>

2. Price<\/strong><\/p>

The cost of internal cleaning is 2 500 SEK including VAT<\/strong>. The fee is charged either at the time of booking or, if the service is added afterwards, at the time of the supplement. The price is fixed for booked services but may be adjusted for future bookings.<\/p>

3. What is included<\/strong><\/p>

The service includes a thorough cleaning of the interior of the motorhome and includes, among other things:<\/p>

  • Wiping and disinfection of all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom<\/p><\/li>

  • Cleaning of sink, hob, shower and washbasin<\/p><\/li>

  • Vacuuming and wet wiping of all floor surfaces<\/p><\/li>

  • Emptying rubbish and cleaning waste bins<\/p><\/li>

  • Cleaning of tables, cupboards, seating areas and other fixed furnishing surfaces<\/p><\/li>

  • General refurbishment to ensure a clean and welcoming impression<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Please note:<\/strong>
    Emptying and cleaning of toilet cassette<\/strong> and grey water tank<\/strong> included not<\/strong> in this service. These steps are the responsibility of the customer and must be completed before return. Failure to do so will incur a surcharge according to the current price list.<\/p><\/blockquote>

    4. Customer's liability in case of non-delivery<\/strong><\/p>

    If the customer chooses to not<\/strong> The customer is responsible for ensuring that the motorhome is returned in a cleaned condition that corresponds to the condition of the vehicle when it was handed over. In the event of deficiencies in cleaning - even if it only applies to individual parts such as the toilet area - Bilparken Rental AB reserves the right to charge a fee for subsequent cleaning according to the current price list.<\/p>

    5. Extension of the service<\/strong><\/p>

    \"Interior cleaning\" can be booked at the time of signing the rental agreement or added afterwards, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled return<\/strong>. Ordering is easy by phone, email or through our online booking platform.<\/p>

    6. Cancellation of the service<\/strong><\/p>

    Cancellation of the additional service is possible free of charge until 48 hours before return<\/strong>. After this time limit, cancellation is not possible, regardless of whether the customer subsequently chooses to carry out cleaning on their own.<\/p>

    7. Terms of refund<\/strong><\/p>

    When purchasing this service no repayment is made<\/strong>, even if the customer carries out the cleaning before returning the motorhome or returns it earlier than planned. The fee is considered spent from the start date of the rental period.<\/p>

    8. Changes in conditions<\/strong><\/p>

    Bilparken Rental AB reserves the right to adjust these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will take effect immediately but will apply not retroactively<\/strong> for bookings or contracts already made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Independent cleaning of motorhome:<\/strong><\/h2>

    1. General<\/strong><\/p>

    These conditions apply when the hirer chooses to carry out the internal cleaning of the hired motorhome himself from Bilparken Rental AB<\/strong>. They complement our general rental conditions and regulate the customer's responsibility for the cleaning upon return of the vehicle. By cancelling the additional service \"Interior cleaning\", you undertake to comply with the following instructions.<\/p>

    2. cost<\/strong><\/p>

    Independent cleaning does not incur any extra charge as long as all the requirements in point 3 are met and the vehicle passes the return inspection. If deficiencies are found, charges will be made according to the current price list (see point 6).<\/p>

    3. cleaning level requirements<\/strong><\/p>

    For the motorhome to be considered properly cleaned, the following steps must be taken:<\/p>

    • Kitchen & bathroom<\/strong><\/p>

      • Wiping and disinfection of all surfaces<\/p><\/li>

      • Cleaning of sink, hob, shower and washbasin<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Floor surfaces<\/strong><\/p>

        • Vacuum all carpets and textiles<\/p><\/li>

        • Wet wiping hard floor surfaces<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Waste & storage<\/strong><\/p>

          • Empty all bins and put in clean bags<\/p><\/li>

          • Clean waste bins and storage bins<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Other furnishings<\/strong><\/p>

            • Clean table tops, cupboard doors, seat cushions and wall panels<\/p><\/li>

            • Remove personal equipment, dirt and stains<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

            • Odour & hygiene<\/strong><\/p>

              • Ensure good ventilation - the motorhome should be handed over to the next customer odour-free<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                Please note:<\/strong> Emptying and flushing the toilet cassette and grey water tank is also the customer's responsibility<\/strong>. Failure to do so will result in an extra charge according to the current price list.<\/p><\/blockquote>

                4. Equipment and cleaning agents<\/strong><\/p>

                The customer is responsible for providing suitable cleaning products and tools. Only use products intended for motorhome surfaces to avoid damage. Damage caused by incorrect chemicals will be charged separately.<\/p>

                5. Control on return<\/strong><\/p>

                On return, a joint cleaning check is carried out:<\/p>

                1. Staff from Bilparken Rental AB check all the above steps.<\/p><\/li>

                2. Any shortcomings are documented in the protocol and photographed.<\/p><\/li>

                3. If the cleaning is approved without objection, no additional fee is charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                  6. Inadequate cleaning<\/strong><\/p>

                  If the cleaning does not fulfil the requirements \"Subsequent cleaning\"<\/strong> will be charged according to the price list (currently SEK 2 500 incl. VAT). In the event of extremely poor cleaning, a higher cleaning fee may apply.<\/p>

                  7. Subsequent ordering of cleaning services<\/strong><\/p>

                  If you change your mind, you can order the additional service by 48 hours before return<\/strong> (phone, email or via booking platform). Thereafter, capacity is not guaranteed.<\/p>

                  8. disclaimer of liability<\/strong><\/p>

                  Bilparken Rental AB is not liable for any costs or time spent by the customer in connection with their own cleaning. The customer is responsible for allowing sufficient time before returning the car.<\/p>

                  9. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>

                  Bilparken Rental AB reserves the right to adjust these conditions at any time.
