2. Prices
Each item is listed including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the checkout you see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments
3.1 Payment
Payment takes place through the selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.
3.2 Card payment
Bank payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. When booking, the amount is reserved on your card, and within 7 days the card is debited.
3.3 3-Year Complaint Rights
The consumer's 3-year right of complaint does not apply to transactions on this website.
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into an agreement. You must send an email to uthyrning@bilparken.se within 14 days where you clearly state that you regret the purchase and which order number is associated with the booking you regret.
6. Repayment obligation
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we must refund the full amount of the order as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received your email regarding your cancellation.
